Our warehouse processes orders quickly to ensure your purchase is dispatched and delivered with minimal delay. Because of this, we’re unable to guarantee changes once an order has been placed—including cancellations, redirections, or amendments.

If you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.

You can track your order via Australia Post by entering your tracking number that we sent to you on dispatch.

At checkout, enter your code in the "Discount Code" field to apply your savings.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

FREE standard shipping on orders over $100.

Standard shipping for orders under $100 is available for a flat rate fee of $15.

Express shipping is available for a flat rate fee of $20 on all orders.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours for all in stock items (excluding weekends).

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking details, once your order has been shipped.

Standard Shipping:

Same state: 2-4 business days

Interstate: 3-6 business days

Express Post:

Same state: 1-2+ business days
Interstate: 1-3+ business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential delays with Australia Post.

Yes, we can deliver to both. Please ensure your details have been entered in the shipping address section.

At checkout, you can select the 'pickup instore' option. Our store is located in Rothwell, Qld.

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. No pick up fee will be charged.

Unfortunately, Dolans does not ship worldwide at present.

During busy periods like sales events or holidays, the warehouse may experience a higher volume of orders, which could result in delays in processing.

If any items in your order are out of stock or back ordered, it may delay the shipment of your entire order.

At times, we might need to confirm details such as order information, payment, or shipping address, which could cause additional delays.

Additionally, disruptions or issues with the shipping carrier could affect delivery times.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from date of purchase to request a return and have your item returned.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges for online orders.

However, we do offer store credits.

After we receive your returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Kindly note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
